Safe Place Benefit Concert at Relix Variety Theatre

90.3 The Rock is a proud media sponsor of the Safe Place benefit concert happening at Relix Variety Theatre Thursday, March 21st at 9 p.m. Join Child & Family Tennessee for Sanctuary in Sound, a concert to benefit the Runaway Shelter and Safe Place program. Featured musicians include Kukuly and Gypsy Fuego, Nick Lutsko & the Sam Jackson 5, and Yung Life. DJ Whigs will be spinning tracks in between sets, and spoken word will be performed by Youth LINC Transitional Living Program clients.

Located at 114 Dameron Avenue off of Central, the Child and Family Runaway Shelter serves as a temporary safe place for abused, neglected, and orphaned youth aged 12 to 17 years old, and also serves as a transitional living housing for those who have aged out of the foster care system, but are in need of life skills and job skills in order to make it on their own.
