90.3 The Rock proudly presents LOCAL H, Friday March 7, 9:00 pm at The Well.  LOCAL H is the hard-rocking alt-rock duo of Scott Lucas on guitars & vocals and Ryan Harding on drums.  Harding joined the band in Nov. 13.  LOCAL H released their lastest CD Hallelujah! I'm a Bum in September 2012.  The title comes from an IWW song first recorded by Knoxville's Harry "Haywire Mac" McClintock in 1928.  LOCAL H's Hallelujah! I'm a Bun is an epic concept record that sees Lucas setting his sights on the deeply divided political climate that exists in the U.S. and around the world, using his hometown as a backdrop to sardonically comment on how this polarization personally impacts people -- within their communities, their neighborhoods and even within their relationships. A dog theme runs throughout. The CD features the songs "Cold Manor" and "They Saved Reagan's Brain."  Knoxville's five-piece "full-on blitzkrieg" rock band THE BAD DUDES opens the show.
